XFounders Acceleration Club is a membership-based rolling accelerator for tech teams across Web3, AI, Fintech, Gaming, and Web2→Web3 industries.

We run acceleration program that includes in-person 4 week Bootcamps across LATAM, MENA, Africa, and Asia, supporting and helping startups to grow and scale.

Our founders gain access to investors, ecosystems and resources, while our marketing boost and docuseries capture startups’ journeys, boost brand awareness and help attract more users.

Our IRL 4-week format ensures that founders form enduring connections with peers, ecosystem leaders, and investors. These relationships go far beyond what traditional accelerators can offer.

Connections: Bootcamps designed to foster lasting partnerships with top-tier Investors, Partners, and Founders, both in and out of formal sessions.

Personalized program: Curriculum built around 1-1 personal sessions with industry Leaders and practical real-time Mentorship.

Practice Over Theory: Interactive, practice-oriented formats that enable founders to gain value immediately and implement it right after the session.

Demo Day: Program culminates in pitches to VCs and Angel investors.

To be eligible for participation, your startup should should have:

• $300,000+ external fundraising (including grants) OR $10,000+ monthly revenue

• Be interested in integrating solutions with the Title Blockchain Partner

Please note: This is a first-come, first-served process. Due to a high volume of applicants, we expect the agreement to be signed within one month following the introductory call.

We host an in-person, one-month program four times a year. Stay tuned to our website and social media for date announcements.
Our application and assessment process is open year-round. Each bootcamp is tailored to work with different blockchains, and we’ll match your startup with the most suitable one.

Yes, at least one founder from each startup must be present in the camp throughout the entire duration of the program.

Participation is limited to founders only.

The Acceleration Program fee is USD 300,000, converted into a percentage of the startup’s valuation at the time of joining the program. This percentage is taken through a 50/50 split between equity and tokens.

Example:

For a valuation of USD 10,000,000, the fee equals 3%, allocated as 1.5% equity and 1.5% tokens.

Program participants are entitled to the following benefits:

Customized Acceleration Program: Tailored support through offline Bootcamps and 1:1 expert sessions designed around each startup’s specific needs.
Fast-Track Ecosystem Grants: Priority review and direct feedback from the Head of Ecosystem.
1:1 Expert Access: Sessions with top industry leaders, ecosystem heads, and key decision-makers.
Investor Support: Introductions to investors and fundraising readiness assistance.
Marketing & Media Exposure: Brand amplification through XFounders’ full marketing and media channels.
Community Access: Membership in an exclusive founder network with peer, investor, and operator support available on demand.
Side Event Access: Entry to curated side events at major Web3 conferences, including mixers and founder–VC introductions.
Bootcamp Access: Ability to join in-person Bootcamps at any time during the program to meet founders and engage with the community.
XFounders Syndicate (launching 2026): Eligibility for listing as a deal within the closed XFounders angel investor network.
Accommodation: Lodging for up to two (2) founders in one shared hotel room for the full duration of the program.
Meals: Daily meals provided, including breakfast and lunch.
Media Opportunities: Eligibility to be featured in Startup Warriors and/or the Startup Documentary Series.

Participants are responsible for personal expenses, including insurance, additional meals, entertainment, local transportation, and activities not included in the official program itinerary, unless otherwise specified.
