Starknet Foundation and XFounders Announce Four IRL Bootcamps for 2026
Starknet Foundation and XFounders have entered a new one-year agreement to deliver four offline bootcamps in 2026, supporting forty seed-stage startups building within the Starknet ecosystem.
The collaboration builds on two successful bootcamps completed in 2025, including the Bali program where XFounders introduced its Pop Up City format. The model accelerated founder output by combining intensive offline building with a continuous media engine and operator-led structure.
The 2026 bootcamps will each include the Pop Up City layer, creating a full go-to-market environment for participating startups.
Every cohort will run as a four-week in-person program focused on execution, distribution and rapid product development.
Focus Areas for 2026
The programs will support founders building in:
• on-chain and Web2→Web3 products
• AI, fintech, neobanks and SaaS leveraging Starknet rails
• Web3 utilities including DePIN, RWAs, stablecoins and consumer applications
XFounders and Starknet Foundation are opening 40 spots for the 2026 cycle, targeting founders who operate at high speed and use Starknet in a meaningful way.
